Petal Lashes Partnership Program Terms & Conditions
Welcome to the Petal Lashes Partnership Program. By applying to or participating in our partnership program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These guidelines are designed to ensure a positive and professional experience for both our affiliates and our brand community.
1. Program Overview
The Petal Lashes Partnership Program allows approved affiliates to earn commission by promoting Petal Lashes products using personalized affiliate links, discount codes, and approved promotional materials.
Participation in the program is subject to approval and ongoing compliance with these Terms & Conditions.
2. Eligibility
Applicants must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have an active social media presence, website, or online platform
- Provide accurate and complete application information
Petal Lashes reserves the right to approve or deny any application at our discretion.
3. Commission Structure
Approved affiliates earn:
- 10% commission on qualifying purchases made through their affiliate link or code
Commission is only earned on:
- Successfully completed purchases
- Orders that are not refunded, canceled, or flagged as fraudulent
Petal Lashes reserves the right to reverse commissions associated with refunded, canceled, disputed, or fraudulent transactions.
4. Cookie Duration
Petal Lashes offers a generous 90-day cookie duration. This means affiliates may receive commission credit if a customer completes a qualifying purchase within 90 days of clicking the affiliate link.
in other words, if a customer clicks on your link and doesn’t make a purchase, but then returns to make a purchase a few weeks later, you will still receive the credit.
Cookie tracking is subject to browser settings, device usage, and platform limitations outside of our control.
5. Payments
Affiliate payouts are processed on a recurring monthly payout schedule through our affiliate platform.
To receive payment, affiliates may be required to:
- Meet the minimum payout threshold of $20
- Submit accurate payment information
- Maintain an active and compliant affiliate account
Payment timing may vary depending on platform processing times.
6. Complimentary Products
Selected affiliates may receive complimentary Petal Lashes products for promotional and content creation purposes.
Complimentary products:
- Are provided at the discretion of Petal Lashes
- May not be resold
- Do not guarantee continued partnership or additional gifting opportunities
7. Promotional Guidelines
Affiliates are expected to represent Petal Lashes professionally and authentically.
Affiliates may not:
- Make false or misleading claims about products
- Use spam marketing tactics
- Impersonate Petal Lashes
- Misrepresent pricing, promotions, or product benefits
- Use offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content in connection with the brand
- Bid on trademarked Petal Lashes brand keywords in paid advertising campaigns without written permission
Petal Lashes reserves the right to request removal of content that does not align with brand standards.
8. FTC Disclosure Compliance
Affiliates are responsible for complying with all applicable advertising and endorsement regulations, including FTC disclosure guidelines.
Affiliate relationships must be clearly disclosed when promoting Petal Lashes products. Examples may include:

- “I may earn a commission from qualifying purchases”
9. Intellectual Property
Affiliates may use approved Petal Lashes branding, logos, and marketing materials solely for promotional purposes related to the affiliate program.
Brand assets may not be modified, resold, or used in a misleading or damaging manner.
All intellectual property rights remain the property of Petal Lashes.
10. Account Termination
Petal Lashes reserves the right to suspend or terminate affiliate participation at any time for:
- Violations of these Terms
- Fraudulent activity
- Abuse of the affiliate system
- Conduct deemed harmful to the Petal Lashes brand or community
Upon termination, unpaid commissions associated with violations may be withheld or canceled.
11. Limitation of Liability
Petal Lashes is not responsible for:
- Technical tracking issues
- Platform outages
- Delayed payments caused by third-party providers
- Indirect or consequential damages arising from participation in the affiliate program
Participation is at the affiliate’s own discretion and risk.
12. Changes to the Program
Petal Lashes reserves the right to modify, update, pause, or discontinue the affiliate program or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
