Petal Pro Terms & Conditions


1. Program Overview

The Petal Pro Artist Program is a professional membership designed for qualified makeup artists and beauty professionals. Membership provides access to discounted pricing, early access to new product launches, and brand resources intended for professional use only.

By applying for or participating in this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.


2. Eligibility

Pro Accounts are granted at the sole discretion of Petal Lashes. Applicants must demonstrate active involvement in the beauty industry, which may include:

  • Makeup artists (freelance, studio, or salon-based)
  • Lash artists or beauty professionals
  • Content creators specializing in beauty
  • Beauty educators or industry professionals

We reserve the right to approve or deny applications without explanation.


3. Professional Use Only

Products purchased through the Petal Pro Artist Program are intended for professional use only, including but not limited to:

  • Client services
  • Photoshoots and editorial work
  • Bridal makeup
  • Content creation and education

Pro pricing is not intended for informal resale.


4. Pricing & Account Access

Pro pricing is confidential and exclusive to approved members.

  • Pricing is subject to change at any time without notice
  • Account access is non-transferable
  • Misuse of pricing or account privileges may result in account termination


5. Resale Policy

Unless explicitly authorized in writing, products purchased through the Pro Program may not be resold.

Unauthorized resale, including but not limited to third-party marketplaces or unauthorized retailers, is strictly prohibited.

Pro accounts may not use discount codes, and are excluded from all rewards and loyalty programs.

6. Brand Representation

Pro members are expected to represent Petal Lashes professionally and respectfully.

You agree not to:

  • Misrepresent products or claims
  • Alter or repackage products
  • Use branding in misleading or unapproved ways
  • Associate the brand with inappropriate or harmful content

We reserve the right to request removal of content that does not align with our brand standards.

 


7. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the professional and hygiene-sensitive nature of beauty products:

  • All sales are final unless products arrive damaged or incorrect
  • Claims must be submitted within [5–7] business days of delivery
  • Proof (photos/videos) may be required for review


8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any Pro Account at any time for:

  • Violation of program terms
  • Misuse of pricing or account privileges
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Misrepresentation of professional status
  • Inappropriate brand association

Termination may occur without prior notice.


9. Intellectual Property

All branding, product names, imagery, and content remain the property of Petal Lashes.

You may not copy, reproduce, or use brand assets without written permission.


10. Program Changes

We may update, modify, or discontinue the Pro Program or its terms at any time without prior notice. Continued participation indicates acceptance of any updates.
