Eligibility

Wholesale accounts are intended for approved businesses, beauty professionals, salons, boutiques, and authorized retailers only. We reserve the right to approve, deny, or revoke wholesale access at our discretion.

Applicants may be required to provide:

  • Valid business information
  • Resale certificate or seller’s permit
  • Website and/or social media presence
  • Additional verification upon request


Minimum Order Requirements

All wholesale orders are subject to minimum order quantities (MOQ) and/or minimum purchase amounts.

Minimums may vary depending on:

  • Product type
  • Collection
  • Customization
  • Private label requests

Orders that do not meet minimum requirements may be canceled or adjusted.


Pricing & Payment

Wholesale pricing is automatically applied to wholesale accounts and is tied to the company login.

Wholesale pricing is also confidential and intended solely for approved wholesale partners. 

Wholesale accounts may not utilize any discount codes, and are excluded from all rewards and loyalty programs.

All prices are subject to change without notice.

Accepted payment methods may include:

  • Credit/debit card
  • Shopify payments
  • PayPal
  • Bank transfer (if applicable)

Orders must be paid in full before shipment unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.


Resale Policy

Wholesale products are intended for resale through approved sales channels only.

Unauthorized resale on third-party marketplaces may be prohibited, including but not limited to:

  • Amazon
  • Walmart Marketplace
  • Temu
  • Unauthorized discount platforms

We reserve the right to terminate accounts found violating resale policies.


Brand Representation

Retailers are expected to represent our brand professionally and accurately.

Products may not be:

  • Repackaged without authorization
  • Altered or modified
  • Marketed using misleading claims
  • Sold under another brand name unless approved for private labeling

We reserve the right to request removal of branding or marketing materials that do not align with our standards.


Order Processing & Shipping

Processing times vary depending on order volume and product availability.

Estimated shipping timelines are not guaranteed and may be affected by:

  • Carrier delays
  • Holidays
  • Inventory availability
  • Customs processing (for international orders)

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Additional shipping fees may apply for:

  • Expedited shipping
  • International shipments
  • Returned packages due to incorrect addresses


Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect all orders upon delivery.

Claims regarding damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be submitted within [5-7] business days of delivery and include:

  • Order number
  • Photos of packaging/products
  • Description of the issue

We reserve the right to determine appropriate resolutions on a case-by-case basis.


Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of beauty products and hygiene standards, all wholesale sales are generally final.

Returns or exchanges may only be approved for:

  • Defective products
  • Incorrect shipments
  • Items damaged during transit

Unauthorized returns may be refused.


Intellectual Property

All brand assets, including but not limited to:

  • Product names
  • Logos
  • Packaging designs
  • Photography
  • Marketing materials

remain the intellectual property of the brand and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

 

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate wholesale accounts for:

  • Violation of wholesale policies
  • Misrepresentation of the brand
  • Unauthorized resale activity
  • Fraudulent behavior
  • Non-payment

Termination may occur without prior notice.


Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use, resale, or inability to use our products.

Retailers assume full responsibility for compliance with local regulations and resale requirements within their region.


Policy Updates

We reserve the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the wholesale program constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
