HOW TO USE
- Apply the lash bond to the under side of the base of your lashes and allow to dry for at least 30 seconds or until the bond is clear and tacky.
- Apply your lash clusters to achieve your desired loo.
- Apply the seal to the base of the lash bands to lock and secure.
