Job Description

We’re seeking a Creative Director with a sharp eye for brand storytelling and a deep understanding of how design translates across every touchpoint. Job Duties

  • Lead and oversee the creative direction of the brand across all touchpoints, ensuring a cohesive and elevated visual identity
  • Develop and evolve brand guidelines, creative systems, and design standards to maintain consistency across all channels
  • Conceptualize and execute creative for product launches, seasonal campaigns, and major brand initiatives
  • Direct the design and development of packaging, print collateral, and physical brand assets

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in creative direction, brand design, or a related senior creative role
  • Proven experience in packaging, print, and product design, preferably within beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or lifestyle brands
  • Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional visual storytelling, brand development, and high-quality design execution
  • Advanced proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)
  • Deep understanding of digital design, ecommerce creative, paid media, and social-first content creation
  • Experience leading creative projects from concept to final execution across multiple channels
