Eligibility

This gifting suite is reserved exclusively for approved Petal Lashes affiliate and creator partners. Gift selections are non-transferable and intended only for the approved recipient. Petal Lashes reserves the right to cancel or deny any gift order that does not meet eligibility requirements.

Gift Selection

Each approved partner is eligible to receive one complimentary gift selection per approved collaboration unless otherwise stated in writing by Petal Lashes.

Gift selections are subject to product availability and inventory levels. Petal Lashes reserves the right to substitute unavailable items with comparable alternatives when necessary.

Content Deliverables

By accepting gifted products, you agree to create and share original content featuring the products received as part of your collaboration with Petal Lashes.

• Instagram posts or stories
• TikTok videos
• Reels, tutorials, reviews, or unboxings
• Other agreed-upon promotional content

Specific deliverables, deadlines, and collaboration expectations may be communicated separately via email or direct message and are considered part of this agreement.

Affiliate Participation

As a Petal Lashes affiliate partner, you may earn commission on qualifying sales generated through your affiliate link or code in accordance with the terms of the affiliate program.

Commission eligibility, payout schedules, and program terms are governed separately by the Petal Lashes affiliate program.

Usage Rights

By participating in this gifting collaboration, you grant Petal Lashes a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to repost, share, and use submitted content featuring Petal Lashes products for marketing, promotional, social media, website, email, and advertising purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Whenever possible, creator credit will be provided where appropriate.

Order Finality

All gift selections are final once submitted and cannot be modified, exchanged, or canceled after processing. Gifted products have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash, credit, or substitutions outside of approved inventory adjustments.

Shipping

Gift orders will be processed within approximately 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated. Delivery timelines may vary based on shipping carrier and destination.

Petal Lashes is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided by the recipient.

Misuse & Abuse

Petal Lashes reserves the right to revoke gifting privileges, affiliate access, or partnership eligibility at any time in cases of misuse of gifting benefits, fraudulent activity, discount abuse, failure to meet agreed collaboration obligations, or behavior deemed harmful to the brand.

Policy Updates

Petal Lashes reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued participation in the partnership program constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
